Our first virtual International Weeks have been launched! Each year, students in their second year of studies have the opportunity to live an international experience by participating in one of the many international weeks offered by EPHEC and its partner institutions. What's special about this year? The coronavirus spiced up the organization by switching the activities into virtual mode.

However, the basic ingredients that make these weeks a success remain the same:

  • Working in a multidisciplinary team on a concrete business project
  • Discovering other cultures
  • Practice foreign languages
  • Develop knowledge of international business practices
  • Share fun moments with students of other nationalities

For each week that we organize, a mobile application (see video below) is developed, allowing participants to find all the practical information: speakers, programs, etc. They can also chat with each other, in order to keep in touch, despite the distance! Finally, meetings and other presentations are made on Teams or Zoom.

In March 2021, we organize five different International Weeks! From the export of beers from the Belgian family brewery Bertinchamps to the communication of Tintin's E-shop in Marketing, from the use of KPIs during a business game to the innovation to help the Bertinchamps brewery to face the Covid in Business, through an intercommunity and bilingual week in Law, no less than 125 students will participate.
