Practical information

Content

As part of the management team, you will run your own virtual company The Fresh Connection,  a manufacturer of fruit juices. Faced with declining performance, your team must get the company back on track as quickly as possible. Every decision implies trade-offs accross fonctions. Alignment to implement an effective supply chain strategy is key to success. Winning will be about generating the best Return on Investment (ROI) while still managing your own team’s Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and targets.
You will have fun competing against other teams.

Price

290€ (meals (breakfast, lunch and 1 supper), accommodation (5 nights at Hostel Sleep, located in the center of Brussels), visits and material are included)

Dates

From April 7th to 12th 2024. Please note that the programme starts on Monday morning. Arrival is therefore scheduled on Sunday.
